Hubspot

We store LinkedIn cookies for marketing purposes. These are the cookies that are stored:

hubspotutk

Keeps track of a visitor's identity. It is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. It contains an opaque GUID to represent the current visitor. Duration: 6 months.

__hstc

The main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, utk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session). Duration: 6 months.

__hssc

Keeps track of sessions. This is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp. Duration: 30 minutes.

__cf_bm

This cookie is set by HubSpot's CDN provider and is a necessary cookie for bot protection. Learn more about Cloudflare cookies. Duration: 30 minutes.

Calculates visitor, session, and campaign data and also keeps track of site usage for the site's analytics report. The cookie stores information anonymously and assigns a randomly generated number to recognize unique visitors. Duration: 2 years.

_gid

Stores information on how visitors use a website, while also creating an analytics report of the website's performance. Some of the data that are collected include the number of visitors, their source, and the pages they visit anonymously. Duration: 1 day.

_gat

Restrains request rate and thus limits the collection of data on high traffic sites. Duration: 1 minute.

test_cookie / IDE

Is set by doubleclick.net and is used to determine if the user's browser supports cookies. Duration: 15 minutes.

Intercom

We store Google cookies for customer support (live chat) purposes. These are the cookies that are stored:

intercom-id-[app_id]

Is a unique anonymous identifier that identifies the visitor. Duration: 9 months.

intercom-session-[app_id]

Identifies each unique browser session, and is refreshed on each successful logged-in ping, extending it to one week from that moment. The user can access their conversations and have data communicated on logged-out pages for 1 week, as long as the session isn't intentionally terminated with 'Intercom('shutdown')', which usually happens on logout.
