Visualizing and communicating business processes and workflows should be easy and smooth. To make it even easier to communicate the business flows you create in ShiftX with your colleagues, let us show you how to share them in your Jira issues. 

1. Go to the dashboard of the ShiftX flow you want to embed into your Confluence document and click "Share" in the top right corner.

2. In the share menu, in the "Share on Web" dropdown, click "Copy link."

3. Back in your Jira ticket, paste the copied link of the ShiftX flow into the document

This integration embeds your ShiftX flow into your Airtable view. 

1. Click "Extensions" at the top right corner in your Airtable view, and search "Embed". 

2. Paste the public link of the ShiftX flow you want to embed in the Airtable input field.

3. Go back to your Airtable view, click on the refresh symbol in the top right corner of your now embedded flow.

Notion makes documenting with your colleagues and teammates a breeze. By setting up a ShiftX embed in your Notion documents, sharing your ShiftX flows 

 your Notion documents gets just as easy. 

Have a look at the "how to" video at the top of this article, or perform the following steps:

1. From the flow dashboard in ShiftX, click "Share" in the top right corner.

2. Click "Share on web", and then "Copy link". 

3. Navigate to the Notion document you want to embed the ShiftX flow into, type "/embed", and paste the link of the ShiftX flow you just copied. 

4. You can also just paste the link to the ShiftX flow directly into the Notion document.

To make it even easier to communicate the business flows you create in ShiftX with your colleagues, let us show you how to share them in your Microsoft Teams workspace. With this integration, you can easily navigate and edit your ShiftX flows from within your Microsoft Teams channel.

Click the "+" icon inside Teams channel to add a tab. When choosing between all the different integrations and apps, choose "Website", or the synonym in the language you have set as your preferred language in your Microsoft Teams (here is how you change language in your Microsoft Teams app). Once you have added the tab with a link to your ShiftX flow, you can navigate around in your flow, inside your team channel in Teams.

And after entering ShiftX in MS Teams the first time, you don't have to log in to ShiftX again - you can just work directly in and change between flows.

Did you know you can easily embed ("build in") a ShiftX flow in your Sharepoint document and both read and edit the flow from Sharepoint? If you prefer watching instead of reading, see this video of how to use ShiftX in Sharepoint.

You add your ShiftX flow in Sharepoint by embedding it through an iframe (If you don't care about the technical details, watch the "how-to" video at the top of this post).

As Sharepoint supports iframe (which stands for "inline frame"), we can embed a ShiftX flow through the iframe HTML tag that can look like this:

You're free to adjust the width, height, and frame border to adjust the presentation on the page.

If you're ready to embed a ShiftX flow in your Sharepoint document, you need the embed code to the specific flow you want to embed.

You'll find the embed code to your ShiftX flow behind the "share" button in the top-right corner of your flow dashboard. If you've enabled access control, you'll see the following options:

Here, you need to expand the "share on other services" drop-down and click "Copy embed code." Then you'll have the correct embedding code in your clipboard, and you're ready to add it to your Sharepoint document.

 your Slite documents gets just as easy. 

3. Navigate to the Slite document you want to embed the ShiftX flow into, type "/embed", and paste the link of the ShiftX flow you just copied. 

4. You can also just paste the link to the ShiftX flow directly into the Slite document, and then remove the URL after the ShiftX flow is showing in your document.

Coda is a state of the art way of doing document handling and collaboration. By embedding ShiftX flows in your Coda document, you can easily share visualizations of your flowcharts and business processes 

3. Navigate to the Coda document you want to embed the ShiftX flow into, paste the link of the ShiftX flow you just copied inside your Coda document, and choose "Display as <> Embed".

Google Docs is one of the worlds most used document handling softwares. With a couple of mouse clicks, you can easily embed a Google doc in your ShiftX flow. Let us show you how. 

1. In the Google doc you want to embed into your ShiftX flow, click "Share" in the top right corner (or the equivalent in your language). 

2. Make sure the general access to the document is set to "Anyone with the link", and then click "Copy link".

3. Navigate to the step in the ShiftX flow where you want to embed the Google doc. 

4. In the top right, click "Content", then the "+"-sign, then "Link".

5. Give your document a name, paste the copied Google doc link in the URL input-field, and press "Save".

Paste any YouTube link into a step in a ShiftX flow. ShiftX will turn the link into an embedded video automatically so that you can play it directly from the step in your flow.

2. Navigate to the step in the ShiftX flow where you want to embed the Youtube video. 

3. In the top right, click "Content", then the "+"-sign, then "Link". Give it a name, and paste the copied Youtube video link.
